Position Summary: Blenders Eyewear is seeking an E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales and digital presence. In this role, you will manage our e-commerce operations, collaborate with marketing to enhance our online presence and ensure a superior customer experience. Your contributions will be crucial in driving the growth and success of our e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize daily operations of the e-commerce platform.
• Coordinate with marketing for impactful digital campaigns.
• Analyze sales and customer data to inform strategies.
• Maintain the Global E-commerce Calendar. 
• Manage product listings, inventory, promotions, and vendor relations.
• Continually enhance the online customer experience.
• Work with various teams to develop and implement e-commerce strategies.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
• Generate monthly reports detailing CR and new product performance. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Shopify Plus.
• Proven e-commerce management experience, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle sector.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce analytics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Data-driven decision-making ability.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

Preferred Skills (not mandatory):

• Experience with Netsuite, Matrixify, Yotpo, Rebuy, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics. (other Shopify applications)
• Knowledge of Global-e for international e-commerce transactions.

Location: San Diego, California 

Office Schedule: A Hybrid work model is possible, with a minimum of 3 days per week required in the office.

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
