Global EBC Producer, Graphics & Content

We are hiring a Global EBC Producer, Graphics & Content to develop immersive and customized content that will enhance the solutions and storytelling experience across our global Experience Centers.
Core Priorities and Responsibilities

• Develop bespoke content aligned to Zoom's brand guidelines that leverages the unique digital canvases and displays within the EBC, ensuring each piece of content is optimized for the medium it's presented on
• EBC-Specific Interactive Content Creation:
  
  • Click-Through Demos: Create interactive, clickable demos that allow visitors to explore Zoom's ecosystem in a guided, hands-on manner, specifically designed for the EBC's unique digital interfaces
  • Animations and Motion Graphics: Design engaging animations and motion graphics that highlight Zoom's innovation and value, considering the unique aspect ratios and resolutions of the EBC's digital canvases
  • Static Visuals: Produce high-impact static visuals and infographics, optimized for the EBC's diverse display formats, to communicate Zoom's capabilities succinctly and compellingly
  • Utilize the EBC's Content Management System (CMS) to seamlessly update and manage content, ensuring the EBC experience remains dynamic, relevant, and tailored to visiting stakeholders.
  • Partner with various EBC team members to design customer experiences that leverage your dynamic content, creating a narrative flow that educates, engages, and excites executives and decision-makers about Zoom's solutions
• Maintain content kits globally and support enablement of new content across global EBC teams
• Regularly gather feedback from EBC team to refine and adapt the content strategy, ensuring the EBC's offerings remain compelling and effective in conveying Zoom's value proposition.

About You:

• 7+ years of professional experience in product marketing, solution engineering, demo design, or similar type role
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe, or other design software
• Proficient in either After-effects, Blender, or other motion graphics programs
• Creative, high energy, "can do" approach to demos and marketing
• Demonstrated understanding of SaaS, and the unified communications industry (incl. but not limited to hardware partners, developers, security, etc.) and industries' best practices in the competitive space. Bonus if you have experience with the CcaaS industry.
• Previous success creating dynamic, differentiated, and visually appealing product demos, demo videos, and sales assets
• Strategic thinker with a high attention to detail.
• Proactive with a bias for action
• Customer-facing experience is a plus

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$86,400.00
Maximum:
$167,600.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
