Global Email Marketing Project Manager (Bilingual, Chinese)
Fortune Media is a global media organization dedicated to helping its readers, viewers, and attendees succeed in business through unrivaled access and best-in-class storytelling.
Fortune is seeking a skilled bilingual (Chinese) digital marketer with a proven track record of successfully building prestige consumer memberships and/or paid registrations. They will be tasked with researching and recruiting executives for invitation-only events based in Asia.
The job is based in New York City and will include both remote and in-office work. A successful candidate will have the flexibility to travel domestically and internationally to events. In addition, there will be business calls scheduled outside of 9-5 work hours to coordinate with international schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
· Working closely with Asia based marketing team, manage the execution of multi-channel marketing plans to recruit senior global executives for Fortune events taking place in various Asian markets.
· Management of customized customer database (training provided), including campaign set up, data entry and cleansing, as well as tracking of results from marketing efforts. Ability to use Excel to sort customer data with tools including vlookup, pivot tables etc. is necessary.
· Identify key metrics across the funnel and deliver actionable insights on marketing performance and contribution to pipeline. Develop and deploy strategies to maximize lead generation
· Build and execute acquisition strategy, utilizing SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, strategic partnerships, and other channel strategies to drive targeted registrations from desirable candidates
· Assist in creative development, writing, and deployment of email and campaigns
· Collaborate with teams across Fortune to ensure success
Experience Required:
· Minimum 5 years Direct marketing experience in B2B acquisition work, membership development, and/or subscription management
· Proficiency in Database management/entry (Salesforce etc.)
· Experience running, measuring, testing, and iterating campaigns across today’s most important platforms (email, online, social, newsletters, affiliate relationships) and optimizing based on results
· Talent in running complex multi-part projects, including resource management, scheduling, and budgeting
· Chinese language skills (both spoken and written)
· Experience interacting with C-suite executives and managing relationships with senior internal stakeholders
· Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, as well as experience with day-to-day management of direct reports
· Experience with email deployment systems
· Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects on overlapping timelines.
Compensation Range:
Base Salary $65,000.00 - $75,000.00
