We are looking for Employer Reputation Manager who will lead the creation, management, execution & stakeholder influence of Global Employer
Reputation programs, including the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and creative recruitment campaign(s) positioning Mars as a place millions want to join, stay and grow with.
What are we looking for?
- Education & Professional Qualification: university degree (preferably in HR, Business)
- Proven experience leading and facilitating cross-segment employer branding strategies in a global, complex, diverse, and high growth business is highly desirable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate with all levels including leaders and external parties
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead local employer reputation strategy, innovative campaigns, and processes that strengthen and increase the awareness of the Mars employer reputation in the targeted geographies and target populations
- Build long and short-term reputation and recruiting marketing strategies that position Mars as a top employer
- Develop and implement multi-channel social, digital, and next generation employer reputation strategies to increase employer reputation awareness and foster a more robust talent pipeline
- Assess key metrics locally and determine areas for improvement to enhance the Mars employer reputation within target populations and across assigned geography
- Actively engage, manage & influence key stakeholders across the region relative to the Employer Reputation strategy, programs and initiatives.
