Global Enablement Senior Program Manager - Systems & Content

About This Role:
Amplitude is seeking a driven, results-oriented enablement leader to join the Global Enablement Programs team as a Global Enablement Manager, Systems and Content. In this role, you will quickly become one of the most popular people to our Amplitude field teams and partners. You will help us to manage and develop world class enablement platforms, lead content creation (field-ready), governance and curation, and deliver marketing and enablement content to the right field and partner users at the right time as they sell and support the Amplitude Digital Analytics Platform and solutions.
This role reports directly to the VP Global Enablement and owns end to end responsibilities for enablement content and systems/tech stack. This is a highly cross-functional role working directly with our sales/field enablement teams, field teams, leadership, marketing, IT, and GTM operations. You will optimize our content governance model to drive consistency and scalability across the organization. In addition to our existing platforms, you will help to influence our strategy as we explore, evaluate, and implement new field productivity tools. This role will also collaborate with our GTM Operations teams to track and measure field performance outcomes driven by the use of our enablement and productivity tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy to optimize and scale enablement programs, training and content via systems and world class content delivery
- Pioneer exploration of “new tech” that can enhance enablement effectiveness and field productivityÂ
- Lead all enablement tech evaluations, partner with GTM Operations on broader evaluations for field
- Project manage all pilot, POC or rollouts of new solutions
- Develop and execute enablement strategy for field learning/onboarding of systems/tech stack
- Implement, evaluate, and measure the success of our field enablement platforms
- Establish Amplitude as best-in-class in field enablement platforms, content governance, discoverability and delivery
- Design and operationalize a content governance model and drive accountability across all content publishers and business partners
- Partner with Marketing team to inform content strategy and release cadence
- Deliver content at the time of need that is well organized, relevant, prescriptive, and easily consumed by our field users
- Work across our marketing, field enablement, and GTM operations teams to establish success measures and regularly report on the effectiveness of field enablement platform investments
- Continuously seek feedback and input from our field teams and partners on how to improve our enablement platform offerings and performance
- Support enablement organization through best in class management of enablement systems and content management/curation
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years in program management, project management, product marketing, system administration, enablement or equivalent role
3+ years Experience working with, and managing, enablement platforms - Learning Management Systems (LMS), Sales/Field Content Delivery solutions, Call Intelligence platforms, Content Management Systems (CMS)
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cross-functional program management and influencing stakeholders
Experience with implementing and maintaining global field enablement platforms
Experience working in a matrixed environment and driving change as an individual contributor leader
Project management certification
Experience building out program and project management frameworks/templates and managing cross functional deliverables/stakeholder relationships
Highly detailed and organized communicator able to influence at all levels of organization
Strong presentation, build out and speaking skillsÂ
Excellent organization and communication skills
Experience training, communicating, evangelizing governance processes and tools to a large global field audience
Unwavering passion, commitment, persistence, and curiosity with evaluating, implementing, and maintaining field and partner enablement solutions
Experience working closely with field and partner stakeholders gathering feedback and enhancements on a technology solution
