About the Role
We are searching for a high energy equity professional to scale our Equity programs. This role offers a steep learning curve, the opportunity to scale a function, and a platform to make a lasting impact on Miro's business.
What you'll do
  • Oversee all aspects of our equity plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and other equity-based incentive programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Total Rewards, People Ops, Legal, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure seamless administration of these programs
  • Develop an agile function focused on partnership and business needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding equity-related inquiries. Educate employees on equity plan details and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards. Prepare and file necessary reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Play an integral role in preparing for the IPO from an equity administration perspective
  • Support internal and external audits related to equity administration. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the integrity of equity data.

  • Experience working in rapidly scaling, public company environments - prior experience in the SaaS industry or other technology-driven sectors is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in stock administration, equity compensation, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with equity administration platforms (Carta, Shareworks etc)
