Overview:

This role involves supporting the demand planning and S&OP process for MENAPT region, working with cross-functional teams to analyze data, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels. As a Global Graduate in Demand Planning, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team to utilize data analysis tools and techniques to forecast demand for SCJ portfolio across MENAPT Markets
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to gather relevant data and insights for demand forecasting.
• Support and engage with the Turkey team to prepare regular reports on demand trends, variances, and forecasting accuracy to support decision-making processes and support in communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of specific projects related to demand planning, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation.
• Proactively seek learning opportunities to enhance understanding of demand planning principles and methodologies

Experience you’ll bring:

• Preferably Engineering Qualification
• Experience in data analysis using advanced tools such as PowerBI
• Experience in Demand or Supply Planning in FMCG (internship or working)
• Experience in project management
