Job Description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, ad tech, marketing analytics, customer analytics, or consulting.
  • Experience with buy-side or sell-side programmatic platforms.


Preferred qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience in digital advertising: Sales, Product Marketing, or Product Management.
  • Experience in Direct Management.
  • Project management skills with experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, and the Google Marketing Platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in cross-functional collaboration with a culture of problem solving.
  • Excellent customer orientation with demonstrated understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. You are passionate about all things digital, and help shape the ever-changing world of online advertising. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get what they need from our suite of products.

You will be responsible for ensuring the commercial success of our enterprise Display & Video advertising platforms. You will manage a team of high performing Global Product Leads (GPLs) who set sales and product strategy for Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360 and additional parts of the Google Marketing Platform. You will also guide direct reports and partner teams to ensure our enterprise platforms meet customer needs and provide users with a cohesive enterprise marketing solution set.

Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas - Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform - you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of GPLs who work across GPL, PM, regional sales teams, gTech and marketing to drive alignment on priorities and execute global go-to-market strategies.
  • Enable Google's ads sales teams with the necessary information, education, and sales materials to win pitches and open new budgets from advertisers.
  • Synthesize feedback from internal teams and advertisers, and incorporate that feedback into product development efforts.
  • Set new product launch goals and determine commercialization strategy and develop strategic plans to qualify launches and resources that will be executed in partnership with the regional teams.
  • Travel globally, to support and activate sales teams, through roadshows, internal & external meetings etc.
