Zoom is scaling its world-class business organization and looking for its next senior leader to accelerate our leverage, lift and scale from our existing and new routes to market in the Americas. Our enterprise security products and services are successful both in the market as well as preventing attackers, and the landscape is continually changing and in need of innovative leadership. About the Role
You will lead the efforts to operate and grow a global prospecting organization, focused on building predictable, repeatable, and scalable opportunities & pipeline for Sales teams around the world. As a direct contributor to revenue, this leadership position is accountable for monthly & quarterly quotas (with a quota-attainment compensation plan). This role will lead the strategic planning efforts with regional stakeholders to build and align on objectives, winning strategies, priorities, and execution plans, and then work to ensure these are deployed consistently. Implementing programs to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and impact through training, coaching, and motivating will be required to build out a world-class prospecting team. You will measure performance daily, weekly, & quarterly, and use data & analytics to demonstrate impact and ROI.
Your Impact
  • Ongoing hiring, mentoring and development of BDR's and BDR Managers which includes recruiting, hiring, and training new members
  • Work with your leadership team, and extended teams, to develop the sales plays, product campaigns and industry skills of each team member
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on volume statistics, lead pipeline, conversation of sales accepted opportunities and playbook effectiveness by product line
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
  • Partner with senior sales management, marketing and other business partners to develop and execute a successful GTM strategy
  • Refine and evolve a scalable, measurable, and predictable process for running and growing the organization

About You
  • You have built and led business or sales development efforts at multiple tech companies, with a focus on IT & LOB/Departmental decision-makers.
  • Leading Senior Managers / Directors is in your DNA.
  • You have an insatiable appetite for evolving people, process and technology usage.
  • You have demonstrable coaching experience of other leaders, who can in turn move the needle.
  • You have a proven track record scaling of large BDR teams within a rapidly growing environment.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of B2B sales/business development leadership experience
  • 2+ years of Director-level leadership experience
  • Must have experience directly managing a team of SDR's/BDR's, with a consistent track record of quota achievement
  • High levels of self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
