General Profile

Provides leadership and direction through senior managers. Accountable for the performance and results of multiple regions . Develops and executes department strategy to achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing senior level managers
• Develops, aligns and implements commodity strategies
• Engages with the PLC process to ensure alignment with the commodity strategies
• Ensure parts availability to Display MFG , meeting system ship OTD
• Negotiates and manages the maintenance of agreements with suppliers that provide the structure for all business relationships between Applied Materials and the supply base
• Drives resolution to systemic supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery or lead-time, which may include engagement with sub-tiers in the supply chain
• Drive team to achieve MCOS reduction goals
• Drive and manages Suppliers Performance Improvement Plans

• Leads a department through multiple levels of managers of diverse activities; develops and executes department strategy to achieve key business objectives

• Evaluates key business challenges; directs the development of new or innovative solutions

U.S. Salary Range:

$192,000.00 - $264,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
