Global Head of Partner Programs & Scaled Management

We’re looking for an experienced and driven executive to lead our partner strategy, programs, and scaled management teams. This is a senior multi-faceted role where you and your team will be responsible for building the foundational building blocks for the partner organization (partner program, commercial incentives portfolio, key partner operating rhymes, etc) while also being external (client/partner) facing with revenue ownership (leading our scaled partner management team). This role sits on the global partnerships leadership team.

You are comfortable working as part of a team, encouraging effective collaboration, and engaging with senior executives at all levels both internally and within our partner ecosystem. 

What you’ll do

  • Build, launch, and iterate on the foundational building blocks for the partner organization including our partner program, commercial incentives portfolio, key partner operating rhymes (joint business plan framework, QBR framework, executive engagement frameworks, etc) 
  • Lead our global scaled partner management function with material revenue responsible for the business
  • Collaborate and ensure partnerships is embedded with our commercial engine (sales, account management, marketing, partnerships)
  • Be an active leader in the Global Partnerships Leadership team helping up-level the entire organization with the necessary skills, strategic insight, and focus on impact
  • Be commercially aware and able to make business decisions that support the wider commercial team
  • Serve as a senior executive stakeholder, providing strategic and consultative advice to influence the payments strategy of our partners
  • Expand our 1,000+ partner ecosystem to open up new business opportunities and sectors
  • Drive a consistent flow of new business opportunities (referrals) across our target markets
  • Motivate and coach team members, and encourage creativity and autonomy
  • Create an inspiring and collaborative team environment with an open communication / feedback culture

Who you are

  • 15+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in Big/Fin Tech, including managing teams, building executive level enterprise relationships, and proven growth through partnerships
  • Deep experience in the foundational building blocks and programs outlined above
  • An energetic self-starter with proven commercial edge, a track record of delivering results and the ability to build long term relationships
  • Comfortable and excited by being responsible for commercial goals and creating a measurable impact for the business
  • Can balance strategic thinking with world-class execution (brilliant basics)
  • An excellent communicator and team player with strong leadership skills and technical understanding.

Other details:

  • Based in San Francisco, CA. We have a hybrid workplace and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.
  • Some international travel required
