How you can help make a better world of work

You bring forward innovative ideas and take a pragmatic and experience-led approach to People Operations and People Strategy. You love ‘build’ mode and are excited by the prospect of designing and growing a team with a global footprint.  Using your project management capability and a data-driven approach you are skilled in solving problems and delivering value on a global scale. This is both a strategic and hands-on role leading that can be performed from San Francisco, CA. 

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is part of the Global People & Experience Leadership Team. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Guide our Global People Operations team which is led by our Global Director of People Operations.  
  • Create a Technology Roadmap for the P&E team that supports our growth, scale and our culture first philosophy
  • Establish and build capability for designing and delivering strategic people programs including workforce planning, organization design
  • Establish a mobility program to enable talent movement across borders
  • Manage the company travel program including technology, tracking and policies to support safety and wellbeing
  • Create a Health, Safety and Resilience function to support the wellbeing of our campers and ensure that local requirements and governance are met
  • Accountable for HR system data integrity, reporting, and management
  • Has experience building and implementing  programs that scale across benefits, compensation, mobility, immigration, HR systems, and analytics;
  • Demonstrate a leadership style that aligns with our values 
  • Champion, role model, and embed our Culture First Philosophy as we scale globally 

You have: 

  • 15+ years of professional HR experience including 5+ years working on and preferably managing complex programs and projects with HR scope
  • Strong experience building and implementing programs that scale across benefits, compensation, mobility, immigration, HR systems, and analytics;
  • Strong project management skills; the ability to lead projects, motivate teams, and drive execution to the achievement of the right results
  • Demonstrated process design and continuous improvement leadership
  • Consultative skills; the ability to build strong partnerships and to influence without authority, confidently, effectively, and collaboratively
  • Skills in cross-functional stakeholder management and effective communication across all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated experience providing analysis from disparate systems and providing concise and meaningful stories through the data
  • Confidence with Technology and using technology to innovate and scale
