Job Description
This is both a strategic and hands-on role, reporting to the Chief People Officer and part of the Global People Leadership Team. You are a global thinker who can standardize, understanding the need to configure across local complexities, environments, and situations, while keeping employee experience front and center. You bring forward innovative ideas and take a pragmatic and experience-led approach to People Operations. You love βbuildβ mode and are excited by the prospect of designing and growing a team with a global footprint. You understand and have experience within former People Function roles. Using your project management capability and a data-driven approach, you are skilled in solving problems and delivering value on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Establish and build capability for designing and delivering strategic people programs including workforce planning and organization design
- Create a Technology Roadmap that supports our growth, scale, and values
- Manage the companyβs processes and policies to eliminate risk and support safety as well as wellbeing
- Manage our HRIS system, Workday, for data integrity, reporting, and day to day management
- Has experience building and implementing programs that scale across benefits, compensation, mobility, immigration, HR systems, and analytics
- Assist with training staff on system access and utilization; lead projects including the rollout and implementation of HR policies and processes
- Partner closely with management team to share enhancements with reporting capabilities
Qualifications
- Proven leader who demonstrates empathy, courage, influence, and leadership in change management
- 12+ years of professional HR experience including 5+ years working on and preferably managing complex programs and projects with HR scope
- Experience in HR process design, harmonization, and digitization as well as HR integration experience within M&A environments
- Workday experience with 3+ years of managing large scale information systems
- Experience with Operating and Service Model design and implementation for a modern, experience-led, technology-enabled HR/People Function
- Strong experience building and implementing programs that scale across benefits, compensation, mobility, immigration, HR systems, and analytics
- Strong project management skills: the ability to lead projects, motivate teams, and drive execution to the achieve the right results
- Automation experience: artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotic process automation and other advanced digital capabilities
- Consultative skills: the ability to build strong partnerships and to influence without authority, confidently, effectively, and collaboratively
- Demonstrated experience providing analysis from disparate systems and providing concise and meaningful stories through the data
- Confidence with Technology and using technology to innovate and scale
- Professional Services industry experience is preferred
