Hudl is seeking a Global Head of Revenue Enablement to lead a growing team, focused on the strategic, ongoing process of equipping teams with the content, guidance, and training they need to effectively and consistently engage prospects and clients through all phases of the revenue lifecycle.
This is a team that supports Sales, Customer Success and Support - each who plays a critical role in delivering value to our customers that translates into growth for Hudl.
This role will act as a key integration point between stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Support, Product and Business Operations, so that all front-line staff are being equipped with the right information, in the right way, at the right time, in the right place and with the right analytics that allows for continual improvement in the execution of all activities.

You are- Experienced. You have led an Enablement team in a B2B environment, and proven to be able to both lead and get hands-on in the delivery of high quality enablement programs
- Detail Oriented. You have excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively while ensuring the accuracy of work through attention to detail
- Strategic.You have demonstrated an ability to anticipate needs and provide ideas for continual improvement
- Passionate. You believe in the power of repeatable success through Enablement programs and take pride in having your name associated only with the highest quality of deliverables and outcomes
- Collaborate with our frontline teams spread across various continents, working with them to form an enablement strategy that meets their goals
- Lead the way developing a team of growing Enablement professionals that are on the path to make our client-facing teams continually more effective
- Listen to your colleagues and stakeholders, taking time to learn about their world and our customer’s world before making plans to serve them
- Confidently articulate your enablement strategy and solutions to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Stay laser-focused on the outcomes of your work and the experience of the Hudlies we serve, balancing measurable outcomes with empathy for people, customers and the business
- Measure the success of the work against KPIs that are established up front
