The Global Human Resources Intern will lead projects in employee training, aid fellow summer interns in professional development, and help brainstorm employment branding initiatives for the company. You will be immersed in the inclusive environment and handed responsibilities that will promote growth for future professional experiences.

Our gorgeous campus is located in beautiful and booming Fort Wayne, Indiana and offers a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. It comes equipped with almost 2 miles of walking trails, a fitness center, complimentary drink stations and coffee bars all for you to enjoy!

Key Responsibilities

• You will have the opportunities to support the recruiting team by researching and implementing new sources for candidate recruiting;
• Lead and support engagement activities at the corporate campus;
• Assist in facilitating the summer internship development program to generate orientation plans, and provide networking and professional growth opportunities to our student employees;
• Support University Relations activities (career fairs, university meet-and-greets)
• Participate and lead other Human Resources projects as assigned

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Education and Experience

• Junior or Senior working towards a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (required).
• Previous experience in a professional work environment is a plus

Computer Skills

• Intermediate:Microsoft Office suite
