We are looking for a highly motivated, Implementation Coordinator that enjoys interfacing with clients, working in a Team-oriented environment where those contributions are valued, make a difference and are rewarded.
This position will be leading our new account implementations to effectively and efficiently onboard clients. Implementations will include conducting routine calls with the client and internal stakeholders, updating and adhering to a project plan, writing work orders and communicating requirements effectively to key stakeholders. This position will be a SME on ADTRAV processes and product workflows to be able to bring together business and information technologies by understanding the needs and limitations of each.

Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation calls with clients and internal stakeholders
- Write meeting agendas and summaries
- Write requirements documents based on client and internal conversations
- Understanding and advising on best practices and configurable options of the ADTRAV and OBT systems
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
- Degree in project management or business preferred
- Intermediate - Advanced writing and communication skills
- More than one year of experience overseeing/managing projects
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
- At least 5 years Global Implementation experience.
