As we accelerate our FullStride Cloud push within Wipro and align with the customer expectations from across the globe, we want to make sure that our partnership structure not only enables, but also accelerates the shift towards a healthy and vibrant partner eco-system. We are enhancing our teams with sector aligned partnership leaders to drive a sectoral strategy, to grow the pipeline/order book through field sales.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Proactively define and execute a comprehensive industry (Retail, CPG & HLS, BFSI, ENU, AUTO & MFT) cloud strategy in alignment with the organization's overall business objectives.
• Identify major value chains of the industry especially which lend themselves more to transformation given industry dynamics.
• Identify while space areas and value zones for Wipro to build industry solutions as our own IP
• Act as a Product manager for the lifecycle of Industry solutions and manage all aspects including development, GTM plan and market alignment.
• Drive business development of key transformational client opportunities, ultimately driving adoption of Wipro FullStride Industry Cloud solutions,
• Identify industry-specific opportunities and challenges related to cloud adoption and provide strategic recommendations to address them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to drive the development and delivery of industry-specific cloud solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry associations, and strategic partners to drive collaboration and maximize business opportunities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Wipro teams responsible for the design, development, and deployment of industry cloud solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics, such as customer adoption, revenue growth, and market share, to assess the effectiveness of industry cloud initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
• Thought leadership, lead our GTM and brand acceleration, stay updated with the latest advancements and innovations in cloud technologies and industry best practices to ensure Wipro remains at the forefront of industry cloud solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline). A master's degree may be preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of atleast one or preferrably more than one industries and understanding of industry-specific challenges, trends, and regulations.
• Experience in product and solution development and having worked in either product companies or in new idea incubation function of services or end user companies
• In depth experience in cloud computing, preferably in a leadership role, with a strong understanding of cloud technologies, platforms, and services.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful cloud strategies and driving the adoption of cloud solutions within the BFSI industry.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate BFSI industry requirements into actionable cloud initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
