You will join Rockwell Automation's fast-paced, energetic, Global Industry Commercial Operations Team in this high visibility role! Industry Sales Enablement is evolving and a significant focus on development for our global sellers is a big mission. As a key member of the Global Industry Sales Enablement, you will help drive the execution of our sales organization's most strategic accounts.
Role Overview:
As a Global Program Manager - Global Sales Enablement, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve Industry Specific Sales Enablement, with the common goal of helping sellers be more effective business partners for our customers. Driving account level, and industry-level affinity is key to our success and requires more industry-focused, customer-centric learning.

As a Global Program Manager - Global Sales Enablement, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve Industry Specific Sales Enablement, with the common goal of helping sellers be more effective business partners for our customers. Driving account level, and industry-level affinity is key to our success and requires more industry-focused, customer-centric learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field ad hoc content and support requests from the Sales team.
- Help gather feedback from the Sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve enablement programs
- Determine and track training and content adoption metrics and help identify key sales enablement best practices.
- Coordinate and drive sales enablement programs across the global Sales groups, including alignment with specific Sales segments
- Train and advise the Sales team on the best use of marketing and sales enablement materials
- Create and evolve programs that shorten the ramp-up time to productivity
- Ability to deploy enablement and educational material across multiple channels
- Actively seek regular feedback from the leadership and field on priorities and opportunity areas
- Drive continuous improvement in sales talent development and sales productivity
- Frame and present educational best practices and communicate changes to the sales process to all stakeholders.
- Monitor performance metrics of enablement programs and sales success.
- Coordinate and facilitate sales training, and workshops
- Delivery and execution of training and coaching programs using online learning systems, in-person workshops, and other content delivery platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Travel: Up to 10%
- Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Typically requires 5 years of enterprise solutions selling, sales enablement, or sales training experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing principles and strategies, as well as sales methodologies, is preferred.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker.
- Experience in sales, sales support, and/or marketing campaigns/demand generation roles preferred.
- Bachelor's degree: business and marketing majors preferred
- Understanding of adult learning concepts and principles
- Proven ability to design and deliver sales training and development programs that scale and measure the results
- Solid attention to detail
- Experience developing and delivering curriculum surrounding enterprise sales education
- Communicate with all levels within an organization, including Sr Leadership, C-Level and Individual Contributors (Excellent communication skills)
- Experiencing using technology to build programs that scale.
