Global Lead, ICG KYC Operations Execution Support - SVP / Fort Lauderdale, FL

The KYC Operations Group Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for accomplishing results through the successful management of a team or department. The overall objective of this role is to drive the development and management of a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Know Your Client (KYC) team in multiple forums, internally and externally, including senior management discussions and key stakeholder meetings across the business, compliance and operations to provide transparency on initiatives
• Work with Global KYC management team to provide strategic direction and develop all aspects of the KYC control environment (e.g., people, process, technology and governance)
• Drive execution priorities of the organization to ensure timely completion of key milestones
• Raise and escalate risks to goals and targets proactively to bring right level of senior attention to ensure complete and swift resolution
• Investigate issues and challenges fully and report findings and solutions
• Act as senior liason to partners in front-line businesses, AML Compliance, and other operations teams with organizational leadership to resolve escalations in a timely manner
• Ensure proper and effective governance of tasks, processes, and tracking of key priorities
• Develop project plans and ongoing KYC training plans related to business, product and AML policies including review and attestation processes
• Assess and manage changes to the KYC control environment delivered though process, policy and technology change
• Drive continuous improvements to quality of data, control reporting and associated metrics to increase global consistency
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
