Global Market Manager - Remote

The Global Market Manager is responsible for effectively planning, communicating, and tactically implementing strategic demand and revenue generation campaigns for core LC products and core content, both to the market at large and to internal stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive brand awareness and market visibility through construction, communication, and execution of 1 and 3-year growth plans
• Effectively execute on field marketing activities and deliver digital content marketing activities providing innovative ideas to accelerate success across marketing channels and regions
• Develop key product value propositions & messaging around workflows based on deep understanding of customer pain points, needs, personas and decision-making criteria
• Drives knowledge of competitive intelligence & positioning of products for key verticals
• Lead global workshops (LEx, PSP, CI), establishing cross functional alignment to drive go-to-market and commercialization strategies for new products and review existing go-to-market strategies to optimize growth
• Establish and monitor relevant KPIs to ensure marketing strategies, programs, and activities meet corporate objectives
• Initiate, develop and deliver training for products, standard work, or content
• Support commercial strategy for new product launches, thought-leader/collaboration strategies & planning (who / when / what / how), and execute cross market, cross OpCo, and large-scale strategies/campaigns
• Champion both long- and short-term funnel development focused on expanding market visibility
  Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in the life sciences or marketing required; MBA a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience; sales, product marketing, or product management experience preferred. 1 year of lab experience with HPLC use preferred.
• Strong technical and creative writing skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear and impactful positioning and messaging for sales and marketing content and campaign development
• Experience interacting and leading cross-functional team projects
• Demonstrated experience in CRM segmentation utilization and data-driven marketing and analytics. Proven knowledge of digital marketing channels and their most effective use
• Strong process orientation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills and a firm commitment to quality.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• The salary range or hourly range for this role is $82,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
• This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
