Global Marketing Manager (Memphis, TN, China or US - Remote)

In this role, you will take a proactive approach to understanding new unmet needs in market, materials and market dynamics in the global Orthopaedics Franchise. You will lead new development and execution of marketing campaigns and regional launch plans around Oxinium.
What will you be doing?
- Evaluates existing products for obsolescence, re-packaging or expanding product indications. Teach/support internal/external customers and stakeholders regarding existing products (i.e. use in key techniques, features/benefits, targeting strategy).
- Marketing material and assist in the challenger selling model for training sales force. Development of material for surgeon and potentially patient education. Ensure surgeon KOL are knowledgeable on key promotions and have relevant material for medical education.
- New Product Development (NPD): Work in conjunction with relevant hip and knee product managers.
- Act as marketing lead for NPD process to drive marketing deliverables to completion. Maintain product progress through key NPD milestones and the launch of new products.
- Collaborate with R&D to accurately translate customer needs to product features
- Work with cross-functional team to meet milestones to ensure timely product launches
- Communicate project status and challenges and make recommendations for swift and appropriate resolution.
- Evaluate process for improvements and develop/execute recommendations
- Work with regional marketing to develop tactical programs designed to maximize brand equity and achieve sustainable growth
- Provide ongoing internal and external customer support through tradeshow attendance, support of on-site visits, off-site visits, sales support, collaboration with sales training team, and day-to-day field support
- KOL management/Surgeon sponsorship/contract oversight and associated administrative activities
What will you need to be successful?
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
- 5+ years demonstrated commercial experience, preferably in a healthcare industry.
- 5+ years Marketing experience desired.
- Travel: Domestic and International - up to 40%
