We have a fantastic opportunity for a Global Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team.
As the Global Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, developing, rolling out and optimising our global marketing strategy for Inizio Medical. The Inizio Medical Business Unit spans all our medical communications agencies within the group (approximately 2,000 employees). Based from home, one of our offices, or a hybrid of the two, you will work collaboratively with senior leadership, marketing, business development and recruitment teams globally to raise awareness, drive engagement and grow the value of our key accounts across Inizio Medical. The Global Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Global Marketing and will represent Inizio Medical on the Global Marketing Council
Role Responsibilities
- Create and implement the global marketing strategy based on agreed business goals.
- Lead the continuous development of the Inizio Medical value proposition, personas and positioning to ensure that it is fully reflective of our offering and addresses client needs.
- Ensure clear and consistent execution across all external and internal channels and marketing initiatives (e.g. events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Collaborate with the Marketing Leads within each Agency Group to build brand differentiation, reputation and awareness.
- Network with subject matter experts across the Inizio Medical Business Unit to deliver a PR and content marketing plan that demonstrates thought leadership.
- Create powerful campaigns from beginning to end, including strategic planning, goal setting, budgeting, target management, follow up, and impact reporting.
- Collaborate with our Business Development leaders and teams to produce targeted campaigns that drive demand in our key accounts – making a genuine impact on influencers, decision makers, budget holders, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to connect and utilise existing content as well as develop targeted content based on account intelligence, audience personas and proven case studies, enabling our messages to reach and resonate with key decision makers.
- Deploy intelligence on target accounts, creating in-depth profiles, identifying business needs, and establishing new contacts – then using that insight to design highly effective campaigns.
- Adopt an integrated, multichannel approach that maximizes our impact, both online and offline, through channels including email, social, and display advertising.
- Track, analyze, and share results, as well as using them to constantly optimize brand awareness, familiarity, performance, and results.
- Provide our sales teams with the necessary support to make campaigns a real success – deliver training, share best practice, and create sales tools such as scripts.
- Represent Inizio Medical on the Inizio Global Marketing Council e.g. sharing best practice, measurement and reporting on return on investment.
- Work with key stakeholders in Inizio Medical to prioritise marketing initiatives in line with business needs and resource available.
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget.
What do you bring to the Role?
- Previous experience in creating and implementing highly targeted marketing campaigns, with a passion for data informed B2B marketing.
- Demonstrable drive and imagination with experience of creating powerful, persuasive campaigns, coupled with experience of analysing campaign effectiveness to improve results.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM software, web analytics and Google Adwords.
- Exceptional skills in project management, strategic thinking, and data analysis, making decisions based on metrics and demonstrating a real eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrable ability to build, manage, and deepen relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders globally.
- A digital-first mindset, and the ability to create real impact and demand through the latest data-driven digital marketing tools.
- A powerful, practical understanding of today’s marketing approaches, tools, processes, and workflows, giving you the ability to create, monitor, and report on campaign KPIs.
