Global Medical Affairs Intern - T2DM and Obesity

• Main focus of internship is to conduct in depth information compilation for FDA approved GLP-1 receptor drugs for the treatment of diabetes (T2DM) and obesity.
• Review and summarize FDA-approved GLP-1 drugs in terms efficacy (HbA1c reduction, weight loss, and cardiovascular benefits.
• Review and summarize FDA-approved GLP-1 drugs in terms safety and tolerability (common adverse effects and rare but serious event.
• As needed, provide updates of progress, challenges, novel ideas, etc.
• Review in a periodic manner findings with laboratory scientists and Medical Affairs teams.
