Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist

Enfusion’s Total Rewards team is looking for a Global & Mobility Specialist to serve as company-wide expert for all aspects of immigration and internal mobility, including visa processes, international business travel, domestic and international relocation.

What You’ll Do:

Immigration-

• Partner with our outside immigration attorney in administering all business visitor visas, employment visas, permanent residency applications, and citizenship applications, while ensuring excellent customer service is being delivered.
• Advise on visa processing times, applicable sponsorship needed, risk associated, and costs for potential Candidates.
• Maintain and review visa tracker and ensure extensions are timely initiated and filed.
• Ensure all immigration records are maintained to full compliance.
• Assist with the drafting and completion of visa/travel letters when necessary. 
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop recommendations for solutions to enhance efficiency and to improve the employee experience.
• Coordinate resolutions to complex immigration matters with the assistance of outside counsel. Communicate solutions to employees and the business.
• Educate managers and employees on visa and green card application and renewal process.
• Draft global immigration policies and procedures documents.
• Perform regular internal audits and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Global Mobility-

• Partner with relocation vendor to administer Domestic Transfers and International Relocations and Assignments, including creation of Cost Projections, Relocation and Assignment Letters.
• Coordinate resolutions to complex mobility cases with the assistance of our relocation vendor. 
• Monitor immigration and mobility compliance and risks.
• Coordinate payments related to mobility program (ex. billing/invoices, reimbursement and general expenses).
• In collaboration with our HR Business Partners, create and communicate relocation packages (e.g., compensation, housing allowances, tax equalization, benefits coordination, relocation expense reimbursement, etc.), answering questions and resolving issues that arise. 
• Draft global mobility policies and procedures documents. 

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of immigration and global mobility experience
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
• Project management experience
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

The salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000 + bonus + benefits.
