As a HR Mobility, Payroll & Shared Services Professional, you will manage the employee lifecycle and cross-border mobility across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. You will oversee government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem) to ensure strict labor law and Saudization compliance. Leveraging SuccessFactors, you will serve as the regional anchor for data accuracy, payroll support, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contracts, transfers, offboarding, and HR records.
  • Manage Saudi government platforms and ensure compliance with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Absher Business requirements.
  • Support Saudization compliance, localization initiatives, and government employment programs.
  • Manage visa, residency, work permit, immigration, and mobility processes across Saudi Arabia and UAE.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, PROs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of HR processes.
  • Support UAE employment operations including contracts, visa processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as HR operations contact, maintain accurate employee data, support audits, and improve HR processes.
  • Expected Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing, hr generalist or shared services and mobility preferably in the Gulf Region.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor and immigration laws and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors, payroll software and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
