Global Mobility Specialist
Job Description

The successful candidate will join a fast-paced organisation, working in a core role within the UK HR team. This is a stand-alone role and the first hire of its kind for the firm.
Your future role at QRT:
- Supporting international secondments and transfers and advising on the implementation and optimization of the mobility policy
- Provide day-to-day support with BAU, such as cost projections and managing external relationships with service providers
- Overseeing and coordinating the immigration process for mobility cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Facilitating tax, immigration and relocation briefings with candidates and transferees
- Contract drafting and maintaining the Workday HRIS for mobility cases
- Conducting internal audits on the global mobility and immigration process
- Recommending and managing process improvements and automation initiatives
Your present skill set:
- 5 + years experience in a similar role
- Experience with managing UK and Dubai immigration processes
- Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills
- High attention to detail is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a high paced, scaling business is preferred
