Endpoint is looking for a Global Operations Strategy Manager to optimize our offshore production processes. This is a critically important role that will be key to Endpoint’s ability to scale. From identifying problems to implementing solutions, you’ll be a masterful builder who loves to execute, with a passion for process optimization, data analysis, and a keen interest in designing and executing on projects that make a quantifiable difference in the customer experience.

As a Global Operations Strategy Manage, you will use your skills to:

• Become the subject matter expert on Global team workflows, processes and procedures to drive improvement and execute successfully on optimization initiatives
• Manage the relationships with our vendor partners, ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed, SLAs are healthy and any knowledge gaps are immediately addressed
• Monitor Global team production data on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to pinpoint & root cause outliers, track performance against targets and conduct file-level deep dives to get to the lowest level of detail
• Create playbooks, SOPs and similar collateral where needed that simplify the complex for internal users and create sustainable, scalable production routines while adding structure to what is unstructured
• Work cross-functionally with our BizOps, Product, Client Success and Compliance teams to identify process gaps and remediate them to improve processing times and adherence to workflows
• Leverage data to inform quarterly planning (OKR format), establish baselines and make a cogent case to internal stakeholders for prioritizing certain activities over others
• Set targets and drive towards ambitious production goals for both turn time & quality
• Run tests, scale insights and embrace the challenge of having multiple paths forward and no right answer

You'll come to Endpoint with:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a fast-growing, highly collaborative environment
• Demonstrated work experience with BPO management, vendor management and offshoring
• Enjoyment of building a strategy from the ground up and executing against it
• Strong data skills so you can efficiently manipulate & visualize data to guide decisions and project pivots
• Experience blending analytics and creativity to identify, scope, test and implement solutions while working as an individual contributor and as part of a larger team
• The ability to manage multiple work streams at a low level of detail

• We offer competitive compensation; Base pay is one part of your total compensation package in addition to annual bonus. This role pays between $78,000 and $163,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience. We also offer a long-term incentive plan.

This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of posting and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate's education, training and experience.
