Job Description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in a global partner organization focused on service program development, program management, or channel sales in software, SaaS, or Cloud
  • Experience working with ISVs/global Alliances through account management, product management, program management and business development engagements
  • Experience in engaging and influencing executives


Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or PhD degree, or equivalent practical experience
  • 15 years of experience leading complex strategic initiatives in a global partner sales focused role
  • Organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation and presentation skills, facilitating clear and open communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization with a proven ability to galvanize and influence large cross-functional teams

In this role, you have the ability to contribute to the development and implementation of Service engagement programs across all products or solutions focused on providing partners with the right benefits, incentives and drive Google Cloud business growth and consumption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in designing programs, driving business strategies, operational methodologies and improving ease of doing business to achieve short and long-term objectives as it relates to Service engagement model sales revenues, profit, and market development

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000-$284,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch innovative global partner programs specific to our Service engagement model by working closely with cross functional teams and partners
  • Create Service partner program policy, program guide, change management, and portal page owner
  • Provide expert knowledge on the competitive landscape of partner offerings to Service partners and innovations to drive offerings. Set the strategy for programmatic engagement with all partners who provide services for Google Cloud products globally
  • Actively engage with and keep global cross-functional stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Implement, execute and manage new program processes, measure adoption, success and effectiveness to grow support services partners
