At Rockwell Automation, partners are vital for our success. We are looking for an energetic marketing leader to join the Rockwell Automation Global Market Access team and build value with our partner ecosystem. You will be part of a truly international team and empowered to make a difference by shaping and executing our conjoint marketing plan for success with partners (specifically: Technology Partners and Distributors).
A natural collaborator and communicator, self-motivated and high drive, you will define and drive to execution our co-marketing and co-messaging with key partners globally.
What You'll Do:
- Partner Co-Marketing: Define, get adoption and regional customization of partner co-marketing activities to reach amplification of our partner ecosystem. Put in place an effective measurement system to track adoption and amplification.
- Commercial Planning: Lead execution of global market access commercial content across multiple partner programs (Technology Partners and Distributors specifically). Responsibilities include partner messaging and collateral development; communications to appropriate audience types; success story development; and collaboration with the global PR team for media and social execution. Integration with the global portfolio, service and industry marketing teams for cohesive messaging with broader company initiatives will be critical for success.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work with Regional Market Access and Marketing leads to understand and develop partner communications strategies, messaging and material that have global and local impact. Work with our portfolio and industry team to incorporate partner messaging in our overall communication.
- Sales Enablement: Create, gather, and activate appropriate partner sales enablement content in collaboration with commercial operations teams. Understanding key sales audiences (both with Rockwell and our channel partners) and aligning related content to appropriate sales audiences.
- Commercial Events: In conjunction with the Global Events and Communications team, manage partner representation in key commercial Rockwell Automation events. Will also evaluate and lead Rockwell Automation participation in partner events.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel internationally up to 20%
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or equivalent, in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Journalism or related field.
- 5 years of marketing experience in a modern marketing environment with focus on digital marketing techniques
- Understands manufacturing industry trends and can effectively articulate our partner network value proposition.
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced software environment with a drive to take on new challenges.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work on multiple types of activities at any one time. Proven track record resolving complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate globally and cross-functionally.
- Experience managing, creating, planning and executing large scale programs with global delivery.
- Proven stakeholder management skills
