Anaplan is seeking a Global Partner Marketing Manager who will play a key role orchestrating efforts between Anaplan and its partners resulting in increased sales activity for both parties. This role works cross-functionally and coordinates a portfolio of partner marketing activities with the sales, marketing, and partner alliances teams. The person who fills this position will be an integral member of the team, tasked with handling the portfolio of co-marketing programs for our Global and Regional Strategic partners. To be successful in your application for this Global Partner Marketing Manager role you will have experience evaluating a portfolio of partner marketing campaigns aligned to business targets and supported by joint value propositions. We're looking for a strategic problem solver and collaborative self-starter who has a passion to work with partners.
What You'll Be Doing:- Assesses activities, makes recommendations, measures and reports the results of partner marketing programs across the globe.
- Works with regional theater marketing and partner alliance managers in a consultative approach to develop and implement marketing plans at the region and industry level with a focus on crafting sales pipeline for Anaplan and its partners.
- Builds channel marketing plans with a focus around demand generation activities that are repeatable and scalable and align with pipeline targets, quarterly budgets, and overall business goals.
- Work with strategic partners to meet their goals by driving joint plans for awareness and lead generation activities incorporating GTM plans through marketing initiatives such as joint webinars, collateral, presentations, and marketing programs.
- Understands key marketing drivers β can articulate standard methodologies by event type and knows the drivers toward sales conversion (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, mROI, etc.)
- Optimize and experiment to improve key partner metrics.
- Collaborate with other marketing teammates to ensure our channel partners are considered in every program and campaign we run.
- 6 years + experience in global partner marketing or channel marketing and building partner programs
- Experience leading a distributed team with validated results
- Ability to influence an agenda using a data driven, detailed approach
- Project and portfolio management expertise
- Excellent organization, time management, and customer service skills
- Ability to grasp, understand, and support creative concepts
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task and meet critical target dates
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Able to travel 25% of the time
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
