About the Role:

We are currently expanding our Channel Team and hiring a Global Partner Program Manager. You will report into Viktor Mach, our Head of GTM Enablement. 

The Partner Program Manager will play a pivotal role in the success of our growing partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for supporting our partners through scalable motions that include effective partner onboarding, ongoing enablement, and diverse engagement programs that drive partner excitement and skill of Bloomreach’s software solutions. Your primary focus will be to develop and maintain programs that drive sourced and influenced channel revenue growth. 

You will have the opportunity to join a pre-IPO company and strategize for a fast growing SaaS solution in the personalization space with a rapidly growing partner ecosystem. You will be able to accelerate Partner Channel growth, a highly visible team at Bloomreach, while having the opportunity for your voice to be heard and for you to help guide the programmatic growth of the Bloomreach partner ecosystem. Your job will be to: 
  • Program Development and Execution: Develop, manage and assess partner programs in collaboration with the regional Heads of Channel Sales that align with Bloomreach's business objectives. These include: overall program overview, new partner onboarding, ongoing sales and product enablement, campaign communication, partner re-leveling, and regular program updates. 
  • Partner Relationship Management (PRM): Accept partners into the program, update content in the partner portal, and serve as the global point of contact.
  • Enablement and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate the existing or develop new partner enablement resources such as high-level onboarding materials, sales collateral, and product documentation. 
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure partner program effectiveness. Regularly track and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct market research to identify new motions of driving partner engagement. 
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment: Collect internal partner needs from other Bloomreach stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Product, Client Services, Operations and other teams. Foster a collaborative culture and ensure effective execution and communication across departments
  • Partner Processes and Administration: Audit, improve and manage existing partner processes such as onboarding workflows, deal registration, bi-directional commission pay-outs, Market Development Funds (MDF) usage, partner certification, sandbox, and other processes as they arise
  • Sales Productivity Technology: Audit, improve and manage existing sales productivity tools such as Channeltivity, Crossbeam, Gong, and Sales Navigator
  • Advanced Reporting and Analytics: Collaborate closely with other Enablement colleagues on adoption tracking of sales motions across all external seller personas
Your success story will be:
  • In 30 days, you will learn the Bloomreach solution set and how partners play a role.
  • In 60 days, you will prioritize your responsibilities, identify opportunities to scale the partner program, create a plan to drive the program forward, and create a strategic plan to drive the partner program forward. 
  • In 90 days, you will start executing against the plan and be able to demonstrate first results 
You have the following experience and qualities:
  • 2+ years of experience in partner/sales enablement, partner programs, channel management, sales or other relevant leadership experience
  • Highly collaborative, organized, adaptable, excellent time management skills, positive attitude
  • Ability to work with external and internal stakeholders 
  • Display of deep curiosity and innate desire to strive towards excellence, thrives on building and improving processes, streamlining workflows, reducing friction and finding opportunities to drive scale
  • Proactive and takes initiative
  • Proven experience in partner management, alliance management, or channel sales within the software industry
  • Knowledge of digital experience platforms, e-commerce, or content management systems is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to derive insights from data to drive decision-making
  • Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across time zones
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, Master's degree is a plus

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$110,000. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.

Compensation:
  • Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options are granted depending on a team member’s role, seniority, and location.*
