Global Payroll & Expense Accounting Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Global Payroll & Expense Accounting Specialist to join our Global India Finance Team. This full-time remote position responsible for managing the payroll postings for our employees across multiple countries. including supporting Internal expenses, Bonus accruals and assisting with building reports for management and partners and much more. We will require a background in payroll management, accounting, compliance, reporting, and collaboration.

You will report to the Payroll Manager.

The team that you will be a part of is based in India.

You Will:

• Post monthly internal payroll and bonus accruals for employees across 40+ countries according to departmental and employee data.
• Enter and post expenses into NetSuite's accounting system, ensuring coding and documentation.
• Partner with the People Team, preparing and scheduling manual payments for internal employees on time and with accuracy observing payroll calendar.
• Post reimbursement expenses and reconcile balances for internal employees and posting entries to the Net Suite.
• Reconcile payroll postings with payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain good company partner connections by facilitating and responding to their queries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate payroll transaction records and reports.
• Support and prepare main finance trackers, net payment reports, and other reports required by management.
• Participate in process improvement plans to increase efficiency and accuracy in payroll postings.

You Have:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent working experience required.
• Minimum 3+ year of experience in global payroll processes, general ledger postings, internal expenses, and reporting.
• Experience managing employee payroll across multiple countries and currencies, within a multinational, global organisation.
• Business proficiency in English is required.
• Work with a wider global team and across different time zones.
• Technology-literate, including Microsoft Suite and NetSuite.
