Role Description:

We are seeking an innovative Manager, Global Payroll on our continually growing Accounting & Finance team. The Manager, Global Payroll will be instrumental in helping set up processes and efficiencies within the department to position itself for exponential growth in the coming years.

What You'll Do:

• Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions; including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes and other deductions.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
• Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
• Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
• Managing and developing a team of payroll analysts.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid supervisory and leadership skills.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Proficient with payroll software (ADP Workforce Now & Deputy time reporting).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software (Netsuite).
