What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Global Payroll Specialist who has a passion for numbers and people and wants to work with employees world wide. You must have a meticulous attention to detail as you will be responsible for preparing and processing paychecks, collecting timesheet data, keeping track of paid time off information as it relates to internal policies, and maintaining accurate records of any payroll documentations and transactions as they come up.

As the point of contact for any payroll-related inquiries or concerns, you will have a knack of communication and collaboration. You will work closely with third-party payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payment of payroll and reimbursements and support the Accounts Payable team with any consulting invoices if needed. You must demonstrate a strong financial acumen and it's important that you have previous experience investigating and resolving payroll issues to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

What we're looking for in you:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business with an emphasis in accounting.
• 5+ Years of Global Payroll Experience
• Working knowledge of Accounting and Audi processes as it relates to Payroll.
• High level of proficiency within the Microsoft Office suite, specifically within Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently as well as being self motivated and willing to take initiative to improve procedures.
• Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality and a high degree of professionalism.

This role is based in Natick, MA

Travel:

This role does not require any travel, but there may be some required to attend company sponsored events.

Hours:

Hours for this role may be flexible and will be communicated to the selected candidate by the Hiring Manager.
