Colgate has an exciting opportunity as a Global People Development Specialist/Sr. Specialist located at Colgate's Park Avenue NYC location for you to consider. This position offers exciting opportunities to design and implement company wide programs, processes and systems relating to people development.

The Global People Development Specialist is a key member of the Leadership and Development Center of HR Expertise (COHRE) which creates global leadership, people and organization development strategies, programs and tools to enable business leaders and their HR business partners around the Colgate world to deliver business growth.

Key customers include HR business partners and business leaders around the world.

You should be able to lead projects independently, have excellent partnership and project management skills. The ability to work in a fast paced environment is required. Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information is critical.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Participate in and/or lead the design, development and implementation of large scale and impactful change initiatives in the people development space including but not limited to Performance Management, Talent/Succession Planning, Career Development, Coaching etc.
• Build relationships and collaborate with business and HR partners globally to understand and identify people development needs and co-create solutions together with other team members, end users, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Centers of HR Expertise (COHRE) e.g. Global Learning / Total Rewards/ Global Talent Acquisition to identify synergies that will further the people development agenda
• Be the Global point of contact and coach HR Business partners and other stakeholders on people development processes, programs and technology
• Partner with HR Solutions and GIT to bring 'best in class' HR technology to support the initiatives and be involved in all phases of projects, including defining requirements, testing, training, change & communication planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required - preferably in Human Resources, Business / Management, or related field
• 3 years of Human Resources experience required
• Innovative and identifies strategic solutions to address global challenges
• Demonstrates curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
• Superior organizational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to facilitate
• Ability to build trust and engage with senior business leaders and senior HR leaders
• Knowledge of HR technologies; Experience of SAP/ Success Factors preferred
• Familiarity with Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Planning processes

Salary Range $79,200 - $131,250 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive

offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
