About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire an Analyst to join the Client Operations and Support team. This role is primarily responsible for production support and will work with our Customer Support team using technical troubleshooting skills focusing on SQL and site administration. This role will also potentially work with our product development and engineering teams resolving customer requests and issues that demand your technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of production issues by utilizing SQL to analyze data, and coordinate with production support teams and engineers to resolve issues.
• Serve as the primary liaison to work cross-functionally with clients, fund administrators, and business groups to manage and rectify data exceptions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define and implement data projects for existing and new features and workflows.
• Develop exception management tools to strengthen data quality control and produce metrics and dashboards to inform stakeholders on prioritizing resolutions.
• Define business and technology requirement documents for the engineering teams to develop new features or to address issues.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its impact on business processes.
• Write test cases and perform UAT to ensure issues are identified and addressed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business analyst and/or data/application support experience within financial services
• Proven track record of performing root cause analysis and coordinating with engineers on investigation and resolution
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and relationship management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, business analytics, business administration, finance, or a related field
• Experience with the private equity and/or hedge fund business and data is a plus

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $100,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
