Global PR Manager

As our Global PR Manager, your goal will be to enhance brand awareness and strengthen Muuto’s positioning through impactful press and influencer coverage, collaborating closely with the Head of Brand Communications and the PR & Communication Assistant.

Key tasks involve

• Develop, manage, and execute our global press and influencer strategy

• Drive the annual PR calendar in alignment with marketing and sales objectives

• Secure coverage on new product launches and activate existing bestsellers

• Build and maintain relations with global media, stylists, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders

• Develop and pitch stories to publications across the world to secure editorial features

• Plan and execute press events in Muuto showrooms worldwide, as well as at key international design events

• Handle incoming press inquiries regarding interviews, imagery, prices, product loans, etc.

• Responsible for our part-time PR & Communication Assistant.

Your profile & competencies

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience from a similar position within PR in the design and/or lifestyle sector, with a track record of securing key editorial coverage

• Get a kick from traveling the world while representing the Muuto brand

• A strong relationship builder

• Excellent communicator who can translate brand DNA into impactful concepts, events, and stories. Strong writing skills are a plus

• Structured and detail-oriented mindset

• Result-oriented with a competitive drive

• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a dynamic work environment

• Written and oral fluency in English is a must. Third-language proficiency such as German or French is a plus

• The position includes approx. 25 travel days per year
