Description

The Global Product Information Analyst is accountable for managing product information, chiefly residing in the Product Information Management (PIM) system and ERP. It is this role's responsibility to maintain content quality processes, enrichment, and contribute to improvements of the architecture of our systems. It is expected to closely work with product information stakeholders such as Digital & eCommerce teams, Commercial, and Product Management teams to ensure data accessibility and its consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve implementation and vision of ERP & PIM system architecture and processes
• Drive global product data governance strategy including product taxonomy, attribute creation & definition, product titles, and other technical assets
• Ensure global data compliance and integrity by leading auditing methodologies/reporting and engaging with product teams globally
• Develop methods for accessing and providing product data to key internal/external customers
• Monitor and drive global updates of required data including providing work direction to data entry resources

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge in databases and data modeling
• Strong in Microsoft 365 tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle E1 desired)
• Proficiency in acquiring, organizing, cleansing, and manipulating large amounts of data
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Process focus and desire for continuous improvement
• Highly organized, self-starter, visionary
• Ability to effectively coordinate multiple team efforts
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degrees or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained in any of the following disciplines: Product Information Management, Master Data Management, Data Architecture, Business Intelligence, Information Science, Computer Science, or other applicable technical degree
• Experience with databases and data modeling (+2 years of experience required)
• Experience with Product Information Management databases/systems (desired)
• Experience in e-commerce systems (desired)

Computer Skills

• Intermediate: Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Power BI
• Advanced: MS Excel
