Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, paid search, or other online advertising channels.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in digital advertising (e.g., Sales, Product Marketing, or Product Management).
  • Knowledge of Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, and the Google Marketing Platform.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to sales language.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional collaboration and excellent customer orientation.
  • Ability to take initiative, address challenges, and make continuous process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Global Performance and Programmatic Solutions team works with technical Product Managers and our business teams globally to contribute to the development of ad products that create advertiser and user value. You will help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get what they need from our suite of products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the ever-changing world of online advertising.

The Global Product Lead for Supply Ecosystem and Privacy Readiness is responsible for driving Display and Video 360's supply strategy and leading our integrations with inventory partners. You will also provide leadership across Product, Business, Marketing, and gTech to ensure our enterprise platform continues to meet customer needs through industry changes, and to educate both our internal business teams and external customers on our product's post-cookie innovations.

You will influence product strategy and priorities through credible customer and market perspective and defensible business cases. You will also drive business generation and customer enablement through communication.

Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas - Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform - you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$159,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Work cross-functionally to drive alignment on product priorities and lead execution of Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Equip business teams with the information, education, and materials to negotiate pitches and open budgets from advertisers.
  • Synthesize feedback from internal teams and external advertisers, and incorporating that feedback into product development efforts.
  • Set product launch goals and determine commercialization strategy, and develop strategic plans to qualify launches and resources that will be executed in partnership with the regional teams.
  • Travel globally to support and activate business teams and customers.
