Together, we're working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world's biggest health challenges.As the Global Product Manager (GPM), you are the specialist on your portfolio to develop and implement product line marketing strategies in order to maximize sales and profitability for Mammotome. The GPM works upstream and downstream in handling products cradle to grave including product performance, product launches and strategies to differentiate Mammotome in the marketplace. This person will partner closely with cross-functional teams to create a comprehensive and integrated product and procedure strategy.This position is part of the Global Product Management Team located in Cincinnati Ohio and will be a hybrid position.   • Develop and drive achievement of annual sales goals and procedure growth.
  • Collaboration with global partners on development and implementation of marketing strategy (positioning, place, price and promotion).
  • Lead products throughout their lifecycle ensuring continuing commercial success of new products and End-of-Life for older products.
  • Drive marketing activities and development of sales tools to improve product revenues.
  • Support the commercial team with product training, evidence and sales tools.
  • Work with team members in Strategic Marketing, Selling Unit (geo focused) Marketing, MarCom, Sales, Service, Clinical, R&D, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, etc. with strategies to maximize revenue, profitability and procedure adoption.
  • Partner with Supply Chain & Operations to plan and communicate production and inventory needs based on annual product sales forecasts and monthly updates.
  • Provide appropriate product information, including technical date and product availability information, CAPA.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the market, direct and emerging competitors, and healthcare policy changes impacting relevant product and procedures.Ensures Future Growth
  • Represent the "Voice of Customer" (VOC) as the commercial lead for new product development projects for the product line- partnering with commercial team to define customer requirements, product concept definition and overall value proposition
  • Understand customer needs and use cases leveraging Problem 2 Portfolio (P2P) process, collecting VOC through qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Actively spend time with customers, internal and field visits, to ensure alignment of plans to meet customer and market needs and to ensure strong customer insights.Leadership
  • Coordinate across teams to achieve objectives and timelines with visual action plans, daily management principles and kaizen events.
  • Participate in PPG discussions/presentations to align market needs with strategic resources, development runways and rationalized product roadmap.
  • Actively shares and collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure best practice sharing, efficiency and effectiveness of marketing resources.
  • Other duties as assigned.The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field equivalent required.
  • MBA preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in product management (or similar customer facing role with technical product).
  • Minimum of 4 years' B2B experience within a Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Sales or Clinical role required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in healthcare, medical device or pharmaceuticals preferred.
  • 20% travel with a mix of domestic and international locations.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
