Global Product Manager, Cybersecurity Services

We are looking for a Global Product Manager to add to our growing team in Cybersecurity Services!
Rockwell Automation's Customer Support & Maintenance Business is seeking a team oriented, growth minded, experienced leader with outstanding communication skills to join our Network & Cybersecurity Services Portfolio team. The Global Product Manager for Cybersecurity Services will be responsible for driving continued differentiation to our cybersecurity offerings and consulting at all levels of our customers' organizations. This role will have cross functional responsibility with global engagement opportunities and high visibility with direct alignment to strategic goals of providing lifecycle service support to our customers and driving the growth of our connect services portfolio.
This role can be seated in any US based Rockwell Automation location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Current and Future Cybersecurity Services Product Line definition that includes services ranging from assessments, designs, implementations, and support.
- Identify customer problems and collect customer requirements globally directly from customers and from disparate sources.
- Perform market analysis (share and margin) including competitive benchmarks.
- Lead Product Line marketing including presentation of concepts, business case, value props, design and development methodology to key stakeholders and executives.
- Collaborate with multiple services and technology Business Unit Product Managers to ensure roadmap of product/services/initiatives are widely understood, supported and aligned with the broad company strategic and product roadmaps.
- Responsible for identifying gaps between the desired roadmap and the realizable roadmap and generate options for bridging the gap (partnerships, acquisitions, 3rd parties etc.)
- Advocate the voice of the customer in the product development process.
- Collaboratively track and drive year over year growth around product lines under direct control
- Collaborate with Commercial Marketing, Business Development and Sales to develop Marketing Plan and Commercial Launch activities.
- Interface with Product development team and provide input on detailed requirements during development (Feature and Product attributes).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years in product management, product development, sales, marketing or related field in the area of Network, Cybersecurity, and Business Outcome Consulting.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Business / Engineering / Marketing
- Strong commercial background and knowledge of cybersecurity offerings
- Awareness of current industrial cybersecurity industry trends and service gaps.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across many stakeholder functions
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex concepts and simplify messaging to broad stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing capabilities
- Previous Global Experience
- Pragmatic marketing training and experience
- 10-15% travel expected
