The Global Product Manager, Hardware - is responsible for competitive growth of the ID/AST systems portfolio. This role will be responsible for optimizing customer experiences and prioritizing enhancements to the Microscan system. Additionally, this role will be responsible for product life cycle management and provide support for regional sales and marketing initiatives to drive global growth.

This position will join a remote and hybrid team that belongs to Microbiology Operating Company nested within Beckman Coulter Diagnostics located in West Sacramento, CA. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Grow product line revenue for systems by evaluating commercial market opportunities globally
• Deliver voice-of-customer and voice-of-sales to inform product enhancements and commercial plans
• Utilize Danaher Business Systems (DBS) and work in multi-functional teams to enhance and support existing portfolio
• Act as a consultant and product advisor to sales and regional downstream marketing

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or Business, or a related field with 9+ years of shown experience or a Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Proven track record in medical diagnostics or regulatory environment related field as product line management of instruments and/or software.
• Work experience should include product lifecycle management including implementing product rationalization/End-of-Life best practices
• Ability to travel (domestic and internationally)
• Location flexible (local or willing to travel to Sacramento and Miami)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Microbiology (Clinical Diagnostics and Clinical Microbiology)
• Working in a Healthcare regulated Product Development and Sales environment, e.g., FDA, IVD
• Leading cross-functional teams leveraging Danaher Business Systems (DBS)

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
