We are looking for a competitive, ambitious and motivated salesperson to join our growing team as a GLOBAL PROGRAM MANAGER.  Our ideal candidate will be someone who is extremely driven and keen to step up and take ownership over your own success, who believes in performance rewards and exceeding sales goals and a passion for progression.

What will you be doing?

The Global Program Manager leads and supports a team of Strategic Program Managers and customer-specific programs to ensure implementation and execution of prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.

In addition, you will also be expected to:

  • Manage and facilitate all program-related activities, including sales, sourcing, analysis, customer relationship management, storage, logistics and throughput.
  • Consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly sales and inventory metrics
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of program managers
  • Mentor, coach, motivate and counsel program managers to build selling skills
  • Ensure that company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews with all program managers to build more effective communications, understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performances
  • Develop and ensure adequate performance of all sales activities and standards (e.g.outbound calls, quotations, CRM, etc.) in assigned markets
  • Create and conduct customer presentations as needed, and assists Program Managers with preparation of customer presentations 
Education, Experience and Knowledge

Required Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, in any field

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of program management experience in the electronic components industry
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management

Required Knowledge

  • Computer literate
  • Familiar with complex ERP systems
  • Proficient with office productivity software
