Department Overview
Global Obsolescence Team - The Global Obsolescence Team is responsible for Life Time and Bridge Buys, Excess and Obsolescence and Radios-to-Go. Our team is critical in providing continuity of supply information and creatively determining ways to contain costs relating to excess materials.Job Description
This role can be remote anywhere in the US or a hybrid (local to Elgin) is also possible if preferred
As the global supply chain product cancelation Project Manager, you will be part of the global material and logistics team responsible for process documentation, process improvement and expansion, cross-business coordination and executive reviews relating to product cancelation
In this role you will:
PM the product cancelation process for a variety of program
Track the weekly progress of each cancelation project and drive improvements where needed
Work closely with various business partners across all portfolios and functions
Communicate with senior leadership regarding the cancelation process implementation support and executive reviews
Finalize and implement the formal cancelation process to be rolled out to all businesses
Facilitate the core team meeting cadence to review project progress
Manage business-specific needs as they arise during the cancelation process
Other duties as assigned

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong data analytics skills
Clear and concise communication of actions and results
Proficient skills in the creation and presentation of analysis through Google tools
Self-motivated, work independently, assertive, versatile, and detail-oriented
Energetic, Positive, and a Team player
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects with varying deadlines simultaneously
Collaborate with stakeholders
Experience working on IT projects a plus
Basic Requirements
Education and Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain
5+ years of Supply Chain Management experience required.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
