As Global Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with MtJC process
- Preventing failures during the lifecycle management of a product or service through active monitoring and corrective action planning
- Managing FIMP (Field Incident Management Process) and reporting activities
- Identifying FRACAS trends to identify and prioritize failure modes to investigate for corrective actions
- Collaborating across engineering community to facilitate knowledge transfer and promotion of global standards
- Managing special projects to help reduce the cost of failure
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline or relevant industry experience within product line
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in completions technologies (Uppers, Lowers, IPS, WBC and/or WBI) with emphasis on Upper and Lower Completions
- Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization
- Ability to be on call outside of normal business hours
- Must have the ability to travel globally for customer meetings, operations and rig site support, etc.
