    Job Description

    Join our People Team as a Global Rewards Specialist to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide full support to Xplor’s annual merit and bonus review process.
    • Provide benchmarking and insight to the business using established methodology.
    • Work with external providers to source and analyze external data as appropriate, including commissioning bespoke surveys on behalf of Xplor globally.
    • To support the Director, Global Rewards in the design and delivery of incentive-based compensation.
    • Conduct ad-hoc analytical projects across the business that help support and shape business decisions.
    • Provide input to, own parts of project planning and help develop, Xplor Total Rewards policies, advising HR and People Leaders accordingly.
    • Responsible for tracking and maintaining all commissions/bonus schemes globally.
    • Responsible for owning, updating, and maintaining all Total Rewards documentation on the company knowledge library and internal servers.
    • Identify process improvements to improve the effectiveness of current reward programs, including technology and communication enhancements.
    • Assist the Director, Global Rewards to develop the reward capability across Xplor through regular clear communication with the wider HR team and People Leaders.
    • Work closely with Company Secretarial on equity related queries, processes, and administration
    • Work closely with Finance to support monthly bonus accrual, including data analysis and scenario modelling.
    • Support the review of global salary ranges through extensive analysis of internal and external market data.
    • Provide ad-hoc support to the Global Benefits Lead on international benefits and global mobility queries/projects.

    • 2+ years HR Reward experience that includes compensation (job levelling, salary benchmarking, annual review cycles, etc.)
    • Knowledge of incentive based compensation plans, policies and practices
    • A real passion for numbers, analysis, and insight
    • Proven commercial experience using Excel with nested formulae and linked workbooks.
    • Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to explain/present complex analysis in simple and practical terms.
    • Resourcefulness and tenacity to be able to find out answers and overcome obstacles.
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

    The average base salary pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 and may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
