The Global Risk Strategy and Operations Senior Lead will be part of the Information Risk Team which is responsible for support, governance, and execution of the risk management program. This role will primarily be responsible for strategic customer engagement, delivery of risk services and ownership of continuous improvement for the global risk program.

What are we looking for?

  • 7+ years of technical or audit experience in IT / cyber security field or GRC.
  • Experience conducting risk-based Information Technology and Security risk assessments, cyber security reviews or IT audits.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with senior level stakeholders.
  • Technical understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and working knowledge of common information security controls.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing documents and presenting complex information to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Expertise prioritizing and independently managing multiple initiatives / tasks simultaneously.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Enhance, maintain, and champion engagement with the business to identify, manage and monitor security risks.
  • Deliver risk services to the business (risk assessments, business risk reviews).
  • Embed service excellence across risk services. Ensure consistency across internal processes and stakeholders.
  • Own, standardize, identify and execute continuous improvement of risk and risk-related processes.
  • Lead and mentor risk analysts on the team.
  • Create routine and ad hoc presentations for senior IT and business leadership to ensure awareness and alignment on security risks and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish success criteria and metrics for operationalizing KPIs and KRIs.
  • Lead and implement strategic initiatives to mature and expand the risk management program.
  • Partner closely with Digital Technology, Cybersecurity, ERM and Compliance teams to facilitate the identification, quantification, and reporting of cyber risk.
  • Lead change management activities including awareness and training to support Security, Digital Technology and Business stakeholders and increase adoption.
  • Prepare executive management reporting and dashboards.
