About The Team:
The Revenue Operations team at Auctane provides operational and enablement support to Auctane’s Sales team.
About The Role:
The Global Sales Compensation and Incentive Specialist is responsible for maintaining, executing, stakeholder communication for all sales variable compensation plans for the Auctane Revenue Organization. The specialist will interact with sales, finance, business intelligence teams on a regular basis to ensure effective execution of variable compensation plan
Primary Objectives:
- Administer sales compensation plans to ensure accurate and payout and conflict resolution
- Ensure that compensation plans are aligned to corporate goals and are administered in an equitable and transparent fashion.
- Reconciles sales reporting with sales leadership, finance and business intelligence resolves discrepancies
- Creates regular sales stacked rankings and reporting on forecasting sales commissions relative to commissions budget
- Documents exception processes in standard processes
- Administer the company's Incentive Compensation Management platform (Captivate IQ)
- Respond to questions from sales and sales leadership related to compensation
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Monthly commissions execution, reconciliation, and commissions reporting
- Documentation and maintenance of compensation policy and governance.
- Documents Compensation Exception Review Process
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of compensation impact and alignment with objectives. Identify, recommend and implement approved changes to compensation plans.
- Develop and maintain proficiency in the company's Incentive Compensation Management platform.
What We Are Looking For:
- Pull, report, analyze, and provide insights on data
- Knowledge and experience working in Incentive Compensation Programs
- Understanding of working closely with sales leadership and sales representatives to answer questions and respond
- Communicate effectively and persuasively using data and facts
- Strong independent work ethic, self-starter, must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and pick up new skills quickly.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Team player – builds working relationships with team members and personnel at all levels.
What will Make You Stand Out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Mathematics or equivalent years’ experience.
- Incentive Compensation Platform Certification (CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Varicent, etc...)
- Previous experience with sales incentives analysis with a SaaS company
- Ninja-like XLS skills
The Tech:
- Extensive XLS Experience
- G-Suite
Travel Requirements:
- Less than 5%
