Global Sales Enablement Manager
Job Description
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Global Sales Enablement Manager to be based in any of our global locations. The purpose of the role is the support to Global Sales Team to increase efficiency, effectiveness by implementing tools and training.
You will have excellent communication skills and be a proactive professional who is able to work in a evolving and fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional/cross-regional identification of sales asset requirements; development of detailed asset plan
- Determine target user, priorities, focus: drive final requirements in region/country
- Master contents from subject matter experts and defined sources to organize it in a way that reflects an understanding of the product/program to be supported and maintain the contents to be updated timely with new contents (New products, IIoT technology, commercial integrationetc)
- Localize global contents appropriate to region and develop and maintain regional contents depending on needs.
- Development of sales assets (courseware, webcasts, demos, apps, etc.), utilizing appropriate source subject matter experts
- Regular communication with Regional Programs and Global Programs groups regarding regional development needs
- Communicate of completed materials to regional/country selling teams for regional & country use and drive adoption of the assets for sales to effectively navigate the sales assets required for selling.
- Support the use of standard tools and programs prioritized and defined in the region. Actively participate with this team to assess content, tools and program alignment with the Sales organization's requirements. Provide feedback for current and future development.
- Gather feedback to use for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 or more years of related experience in field sales experience in various capacities, and an understanding of the needs of account managers, domain experts, and sales management to perform their jobs at a high level.
- Experience in applying solutions for distance based learning and demonstrated project management skills preferred
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work and collaborate with a wide range of people at different levels across the organization.
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven team player capable of prioritizing own work and/or problems simultaneously
- Able to work in a complex, fast-paced and ambiguous environment that changes quickly
