Sales L&D is looking to hire an intern to focus on creating greater efficiencies in our global team. The intern would provide project assistance to Audience Leaders and Operations and Measurement leads in order to drive greater scale across our Global Revenue Audiences.
The day-to-day would vary but project work could include:

The compensation for this position ranges from $0.00 - $0.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives. The day-to-day would vary but project work could include:
- Evaluation of existing processes and forms and providing recommendations to enhance them
- Conducting quality and process testing on our learning platforms and for our dashboards
- Uploading content to learning platforms
- Creating learning documents (e.g. worksheets, one-sheets) to support existing programs like Follow the Money
- Serving as production assistant on Lead Calls and Webinars (and uploading content to HighSpot and the Sales L&D Hub)
- Creating efficiencies around how we administer the Gallup StrengthsFinder programs to our sales teams.
- Coordinating and Creating a quarterly Newsletter
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources of psychology
- Proficiency with technology (google suite)
- Project management experience
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
